Changed your mind? No problem. Here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email support@getgadgetcove.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Who pays return shipping

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover it. We will send a prepaid label or refund the shipping cost, and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Change of mind: return shipping is on you. We recommend a tracked service.

Refund timing

Once we receive and check your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
