Terms of Service — GadgetCove

Welcome to GadgetCove (getgadgetcove.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.

1. What we sell

GadgetCove sells small electronics and everyday gadgets. Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown on each product page. We work to keep them accurate, but if we make an obvious mistake (for example, a wrong price), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we received your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was clearly wrong, or we cannot fulfill it. If that happens, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times vary by product and destination — see our Shipping Policy for details. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging; defective or wrong items are on us.

6. Fair use

You agree not to misuse the store: no fraud, no chargeback abuse, no interfering with other customers' shopping. We may cancel orders that break these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on getgadgetcove.com — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to GadgetCove or our suppliers. Do not copy or reuse it without permission.

8. Liability

Our products are for normal consumer use. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
